A quilt show was held on January 26 and 27 at the Senator John Heinz History Center (which is part of the Smithsonian). The quilt show was the History Center's kick off event for Pittsburgh's 250th year birthday. Our Hartwood quilt was asked to be in the exhibit to demonstrate what the Pittsburgh area has to offer visitors. The quilt was designed by Amber Bierkan, but was a joint effort of Cathy Csellars, Kathy O'Neill and Barbara Thompson.
